Overview

Seasonal:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, Inbound (Stocking) (T2028) role  starting hourly rate is $17.25 USD per hour; pay range is $17.25 - $25.90 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service by assisting guests and supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Stock, set, price, and sign merchandise; ensure product is in-stock and accessible for guests.
• Assist with general merchandise, food & beverage, fulfillment, style, tech, and inbound stocking tasks as assigned.
• Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions, including cash handling as required.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Move and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds; climb ladders as needed.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ensure regular attendance.

• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products as part of core duties.
• Able to work in a busy environment and support guests throughout the day.

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Additional basics

• Accurate cash register operations.
• Physical ability to climb, lift, and move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
