PART-TIME FLOWER MERCHANDISER

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

• Pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  MO-WE-FR 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM; SA 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

• Daily Commitment:
  Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) – prepare stores for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
