Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager to join our team! This opportunity is for a full‑time position.

This role is for leaders – assistant managers lead daily operations, cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the tone and example for the store and must be on your game 100% of the time, helping lead your team to success.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (you even have to smile when you answer the phone)
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3 to 30 people

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in the food‑service industry an asset
• Previous supervisor and/or management experience an asset
• 18 Years or Older
