The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling these requirements:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and recover store areas as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often long distances.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders regularly.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate store equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if aged 18+).
• Physical stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.

This overview is not exhaustive. All duties assigned by supervisors should be performed.
