• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables
• Document goals, requirements, and success criteria for each initiative
• Provide analysis to support prioritization and value realization
• Identify and align with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives
• Track progress and support reporting on KPIs and value delivery

• Experience in strategy, portfolio analysis, or business analysis within a cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess value and prioritize initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing and maintaining roadmaps and dashboards
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority

• Familiarity with delivery frameworks, project management tools, and value realization methodologies
