• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Administration to understand key performance drivers and incorporate reporting needs into projects
• Promote a collaborative, customer‑focused approach when partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with sales and operations teams to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
• Extract, analyze, and interpret operational and financial datasets to identify trends and root‑cause drivers
• Develop, maintain, and deploy Power BI dashboards supporting operational and sales teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet applications
• SQL skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights for executive audiences
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
