We're looking for a proven Senior / Lead Superintendent to take ownership of a roughly $50M data center project in the Southeastern U.S., with a strong pipeline of additional mission-critical work throughout the region.

The Role

As the Senior / Lead Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day field execution on a major data center project. You'll lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, maintain schedule and quality expectations, and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can command respect in the field, anticipate problems before they become delays, and keep a complex project moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, equipment, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Drive the project schedule, identify critical-path risks, and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards and maintain a proactive jobsite safety culture.
• Maintain high standards for quality control, inspections, commissioning readiness, and turnover.
• Work closely with project management, owners, design teams, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, and manpower levels to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and punch lists.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience leading commercial or industrial construction projects as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent.
• A demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial construction, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex projects is strongly preferred.
