Nathan Hale Arts Elementary School is seeking supportive, organized, and reliable Rehearsal Assistants to help manage large-group rehearsals and performance days for the school musical. This temporary, stipend-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students and supporting the logistical needs of a busy production environment. Three positions are available.

• Support rehearsals that involve large numbers of students, following direction from the Production Manager.
• Assist with student management during transitions, scene changes, and backstage moments.
• Monitor and guide students between scenes to ensure safety, readiness, and smooth operations.
• Work all scheduled tech week rehearsals and all performance days (required).
• Support the production team with student-related needs during both rehearsals and performances.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or production team.

• Experience working with children or student groups in educational or extracurricular settings.
• Ability to remain organized, attentive, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable supervising groups of students.
• Prior theatre or production experience is helpful but not required.

Stipend: $800 per position (three positions available).
