Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background and computer skills. The day-to-day duties of this role include scheduling service appointments, respond quickly to customer phone calls, and confirm scheduled appointments.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Write repair orders and communicate service options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate and timely updates on vehicle status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and service history.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
• Assist in managing service appointments and workload to optimize workflow.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and service department profitability.
• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with computer systems and software related to service departments.
• A passion for cars and automotive service is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual‑screen experience).
• Strong customer service background.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
