Long Term Substitute (Grade 3/4 – Year Round) Position Overview

To provide leadership in and coordination of instruction for Grade 3/4 students.

• Year‑round

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards across multiple subjects.
• Foster a love of learning through creative, age‑appropriate activities and projects.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student performance through a variety of evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and curriculum development.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and classroom expectations.

• Strong knowledge of teaching methods and curriculum for Grades 3/4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
