Qualifications:
Must meet State of Connecticut certification requirements (030 and 031).

What You'll Do
As a valued educator in our district, you will:
* Lead students toward meaningful achievement of curriculum goals
* Design engaging, differentiated learning experiences tailored to student needs and interests
* Use innovative teaching methods and resources-including technology-to elevate instruction
* Continuously assess and support student progress
* Build a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Encourage responsibility, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support student growth
* Uphold district policies and promote a safe, respectful school culture
* Establish and maintain effective classroom routines and expectations
* Commit to ongoing professional learning and growth
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by school leadership
Terms of Employment
Ten-month school year. Salary and work year are determined by the Board of Education in partnership with the Teachers' Bargaining Unit.
