Position OverviewTo provide leadership in and coordination of instruction for Grade 1/2 students.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards across multiple subjects.
- Foster a love of learning through creative, age-appropriate activities and projects.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student performance through a variety of evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and curriculum development.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and classroom expectations.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methods and curriculum for Grades 1/2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual
