- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Develop and manage long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications to meet objectives
- Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in performance‑based environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
