Position: NeuroPsych Account Specialist - New Haven CT

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Develop and manage long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications to meet objectives
  • Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
  • Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in performance‑based environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
