12 Month Contract w/ Potential Extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our current training curriculum and on-the-job training templates, making them more user-friendly and effective. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and development of our staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development:
    Analyze and break down the current training curriculum structure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Template Enhancement:
    Revise existing on-the-job training templates to enhance usability and accessibility for staff.
  • Training Delivery:
    Coordinate and deliver training sessions, ensuring all staff are well-informed and compliant with safety protocols.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Monitor and enforce safety standards within the R&D organization, conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of training activities, safety audits, and compliance reports.
  • Feedback Integration:
    Gather feedback from staff to continuously improve training materials and methods.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with other departments to ensure training and safety protocols are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Safety Management, Life Sciences) or 3-5 years of applicable experience.
  • Proven experience in training development and safety coordination, preferably within a research or healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
