Primary Care Provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) - New London

Join Moses/Weitzman Health System as a Primary Care Provider covering underserved populations in a multi‑disciplinary practice that utilizes advanced access scheduling.

As a Primary Care Provider at Community Health Center, you will provide a full scope of medical services largely geared to underserved populations, receive strong clinical support, and be part of a multi‑disciplinary practice offering individual and population‑based care.

• MD/DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school with residency in family practice; board certified within 24 months; licensure in CT (or eligibility).
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• NP or PA may apply.
  • NP:
    Master of Science in Nursing with family nurse practitioner specialization or ANA certification;
    Connecticut APRN and RN licensure within 12 months.
  • PA:
    Graduate of an accredited Master program with board certification, licensure, and professional organization membership; bi‑lingual preferred.
