• Supervise daily intake operations, including task assignment and staff support
• Maintain expertise in onboarding, insurance verification, authorization, and patient advocacy
• Develop work schedules and implement departmental guidelines
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training to build a skilled workforce
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and evaluations

• Experience in intake operations, healthcare administration, or related supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related workflow systems

• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and process improvement initiatives
