Data Maintenance Analyst

Overview

The Data Maintenance Analyst works with aligning incoming data correctly to customers and Distributors within Data Processing system and CRM platform. This role is critical to ensuring data is correctly aligned, processed through the system quickly, and used for the correct purposes (sent to Entegra, included in rewards points calculations, visible on the Inside Track website, etc.).

• Resolve exceptions between Data Processing system and CRM platform using knowledge from CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to align for both US and international data.
• Complete Jira tickets to ensure the following are aligned between the Data Processing system and CRM platform.
• Work closely with all Operations and Client Management teams to ensure integrity of data and data flow.

• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Caseload experience/comfortable managing multiple projects
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Database or Record maintenance experience preferred
• Interpersonal communication
• Problem-solving
• Excellent pattern recognition and attention-to-detail
• Ability to stay focused on large sets of data with minimal supervision
