Musical Production Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Musical Production Manager to support the full logistical operation of our upcoming production. This stipend-based, temporary role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and experience coordinating events, productions, or school-based programs.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all production logistics, including transportation, attendance tracking, parent communication, marketing, publicity, and budget management.
- Ensure all stakeholders receive timely and accurate information throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with any grant funding requirements and maintain adherence to the production budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned during the production.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in event coordination, arts administration, or production management preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with artistic, administrative, and community partners.
Stipend: $2,500 for the full production period.
