LABORER
Thames Shipyard and Repair is looking for a reliable, hard working laborer to work at one of the largest commercial ship repair facilities between New York and Boston. Willing to train the right person.
Work Schedule- Monday‑Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm
- Overtime available Monday‑Saturday
- Double time available Sunday
- Cleaning
- Painting with brush, roller and spraying
- Sandblasting
- Working from scissor and boom lifts
- Working in confined spaces with limited access through eighteen inch hatch
- Climbing ladders
- Heavy lifting
- Pre‑employment drug test
- Respirator fit test and physical
- Willing and able to work out side year round and in all weather conditions
