Retail Display Installer – Technology – 2020 Companies
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.
2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent major tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. You will execute in‑store tasks such as installing and updating sales‑floor fixtures, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities- Installing, updating, and building displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs.
- Following planograms and client‑specific directives.
- Keeping availability updated and meeting all scheduled deadlines.
- Completing all necessary forms, surveys, and documentation before leaving job sites.
- Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assisting team members and participating in early‑morning installations.
- Reporting anomalies and accurately submitting timecards.
- Attending training and certification programs.
- Responding promptly (within 24 h) to field‑services communication.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent (retail or merchandising experience beneficial).
- Installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device; comfortable using mobile applications.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s licence and insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles.
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 ft, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, reach overhead.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Authorized to work independently, manage time, and report results accurately.
- Knowledge of technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- Hourly pay $17.75 per hour (based on experience and location).
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Paid training.
- Flexible scheduling options (self‑scheduling or fixed shifts).
- Maintained minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Variety of projects and clients.
