The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to lead new business development and account growth in our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) division, with a specific focus on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and box build controller assembly. This individual will drive sales from prospecting to close, leveraging strong technical understanding and deep industry relationships to expand our market presence.
What You Will Do- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in PCBA and full box build assembly sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in EMS services.
- Interpret and understand Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and mechanical drawings to evaluate customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
- Manage the complete quoting process—collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver timely and competitive proposals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging an existing industry contact base.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to strengthen brand recognition and market position.
- Provide market feedback to leadership regarding emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales of EMS, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing services.
- Strong technical literacy and ability to read and interpret Gerber files, drawings, and electronic schematics.
- Demonstrated experience in quotation preparation and pricing strategies for complex assemblies.
- Established relationships within the contract manufacturing and electronics OEM ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality —comfortable driving growth independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base, plus competitive bonus/commission structure based on performance

Up to 200% of base
