Senior Construction Project Administrator

Job Description- Leads and coordinates production needs; proofs documents for accuracy.
- Works on complex reports, combines documents into electronic files.
- Prints, copies, and binds reports and other documents for client deliverables.
- Supports marketing team with proposal and marketing efforts.
- Supports project teams with various report needs, compiles and computes data from diverse sources.
- Prepares research approach, conducts investigations on moderately complex topics.
- Downloads/uploads documents into project folders, eRoom, SFT sites, SharePoint, and other sources.
- Drafts and edits correspondence of moderate to confidential nature (emails, letters, memoranda, transmittals).
- Prepares and processes timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Acknowledges and responds to written inquiries, assists in review and editing of work by other staff.
- Provides procurement support with accounts payable, processes invoices, follows up on vendor issues.
- Manages incoming calls, faxes, and visitor sign‑in sheets; schedules travel and meetings.
- Coordinates office supplies, maintains common office areas, organizes records per retention policy.
- Performs general office duties and other necessary tasks as required.
High School diploma or equivalent; 4 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required (10% of the time). Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Driver's License RequirementAn appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
Skills and Abilities- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe or Bluebeam.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Team‑player with excellent time‑management and initiative.
- Ability to use sound judgment and follow-through on tasks.
