- - Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- - Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- - Strong communication skills and positive teamwork mindset
Full‑Time Permanent
Compensation:Flat Rate $40-$45 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like- - Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- - Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- - Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards
- - Follow Volkswagen repair procedures and warranty guidelines
- - Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- - Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- - Support a customer‑first service experience through consistent, quality workmanship
