Title:
Wind Turbine Tech
$30.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Additional compensation types- Annual Bonus

Wind Turbine Tech - PR
: $30 - $38/hr base + OT paid at 1.5x base - Travel
: 0-15% (Travel will only be to Florida for initial training and as needed trainings moving forward) - PPE & Tools
:
All necessary PPE, tools, and equipment are paid for by TEP - Expenses
:
Any travel expenses incurred by employee are reimbursed by TEP - Duration
: 12 month contract with possible extensions/conversion
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years as technician.
- Computer Savvy
- Valid driver's license.
- Successfully complete applicable safety and technical training program for the entry level technician.
- Monitor and maintain wind generation equipment:
Respond to alarms, correct abnormal conditions, and ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and repair:
Address electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer issues using various tools. - Develop procedures and schedules:
Plan inspections and maintenance activities. - General facility support:
Clean and maintain buildings, shops, tools, and equipment. - Documentation:
Complete maintenance work orders and safety documentation (LOTO, JSA).
