  • Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Report safety risks, accidents, or illegal activity to management.
  • Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Manage conflict calmly and cooperatively.
  • Act with honesty and integrity.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
