Metro ENT, a privately‑owned Audiology practice in Mesquite, TX, is seeking an Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist to add to our team.

The Hearing Care Provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow‑up care. The provider will also provide counsel, guidance, and education to patients to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Execute treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit hearing devices based on patient needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach (community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events)

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active TX State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
