7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with call 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every 3rd night with weekend call as scheduled; call response time 30 minutes

Travel support is available based on provider availability

Position Overview
Hospital based CRNA coverage with call responsibilities
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope
Endoscopy
OB and GYN
General surgery
Orthopedics
Acute pain management

Required Qualifications
CRNA
Active, unrestricted New Mexico license
DEA and state controlled substance registration required
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 30 to 60 days (site dependent)

Completion bonus available for new locum providers at select New Mexico sites when completing 585 hours within 5 consecutive calendar months (site qualifications apply)
