In this role, you will evaluate clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help seniors and individuals with disabilities communicate effectively and remain safely will collaborate with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and educate on home exercise programs.
