Position Overview
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Help Desk Technician to join our Managed Services Department. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via telephone or our Help Desk ticketing system.
- Generate help desk tickets and route them to experienced technicians for resolution.
- Document customer issues accurately in our ticket database.
- Provide basic information about our business-related products and services.
- Opportunity to learn and grow within the industry, gaining valuable experience and knowledge.
- Work towards gaining industry certifications to advance to higher-level technician roles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- No prior work experience is necessary, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Valid driver's license is required
- Ability to pass a fingerprint based background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to sign a CJIS Security Addendum
