Senior Project Manager

PM is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager (PMP or PRINCE2 Certified) to lead capital nuclear projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will define project scope and deliverables, develop detailed plans and schedules, and oversee execution while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive nuclear experience and expertise in EVMS, along with advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Excel.

• Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, lead cross‑functional teams, and escalates issues as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates and reports.
• Maintain a project risk register and issue log, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project management experience, including extensive experience in nuclear project environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience using EVMS tools for project control.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Willing to work on‑site in Eunice, NM for extended periods of time.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
