Compensation: $36/hr
Job Title: Materials Coordinator II
Location: Malaga, NM (1 Position)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week (OT possible)

We are hiring Materials Coordinators II to support end-to-end coordination of materials for projects and maintenance activities. Acting as the key interface between the business unit and procurement, this role ensures timely fulfillment of materials and services by working closely with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools is necessary.

• Provide input on risk-based equipment spares stock to optimize reliability versus cost
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships across departments to support continuous improvement
• Assist with returning parts to stock and vendors for credit, including core management
• Coordinate system transactions and logistics for repair and return stock materials
• Ensure materials support site maintenance activities effectively and on schedule
• Deliver proactive communication and customer service to business stakeholders

• Previous experience in a related role (materials coordination, supply chain, or procurement)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools
• Solid understanding of how and where materials are used in plant operations
• Advanced organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities (written & verbal)
