Your responsibilities

Job Summary Apply metal to customer orders and accurately process material according to the work order specifications using advanced machinery or having an advanced level of skill in the use of warehouse machinery. Ensure that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition. Maintain processing area in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Complete all required information entry accurately.

Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Do you have experience operating a Brake Press or Punch Press Machine and a safety-first mindset? Join our growing team in Santa Teresa, NM, where your skills and commitment to quality will help drive operational excellence. This is a full-time, hourly position working directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

• Certified and able to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment.

• Pull, inspect, and verify materials before processing.

• Set up equipment and run materials according to work orders and specifications.

• Conduct quality checks, record data, and ensure products meet specifications.

• Communicate with sales reps about any order changes or clarifications.

• Recommend improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Assist in packaging and labeling materials per work instructions.

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area.

• Train others as needed and serve as a collaborative team member.

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of machine operation experience

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs

• Familiarity with handheld measuring tools

• Strong safety mindset

• Prior work in warehousing or metals industry

• Forklift certification/experience

• Basic computer literacy
