Full‑time, three 12‑hour shifts starting at 4:30 am. Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Pay ranges from $45–$60 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

• Prepare the dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Perform additional tasks as requested

• Demonstrated clinical excellence

• Ability to problem‑solve

• Accredited nursing degree required
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
• 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
• New graduates encouraged to apply
