ScheduleFull‑time, three 12‑hour shifts starting at 4:30 am. Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
CompensationPay ranges from $45–$60 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare the dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem‑solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
