Talented Medical Solution is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on care in a close-knit, rural facility located in Clayton, NM. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in independent settings, with the ability to manage patient care with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or acute care setting
- Comfortable working independently (solo nurse per shift)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
