• Position title: Bartender (Apache Tee, Boat House, Broken Arrow Tap House, Casino F&B, Wendell’s, Red Hat Grille, Scouts Corner Bar, Banquets, Casino Lounge, Boat Dock, Ski Bar)
• Reports To: Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor
• Supervises: N/A
• Summary of Position: Bartender is responsible for maintaining, receiving and storing Spirits, Wine, Beer and other supplies for the Bar.

• Maintain inventory and storage of bar supplies.
• Perform all shift opening and closing checklist duties.
• Adhere to quality and sanitation standards.
• Comply with IMGR&C policies, procedures and daily checklists.
• Work financial control policies: POS data entry, cash handling, beverage pouring and dispensing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail terminology and preparation.
• Serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Handle guest complaints and reports to Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain and clean bottles daily.
• Operate within environmental and safety standards.

• High School diploma or GED, or six months to one-year job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours.
• Physical fitness to perform standing, walking, and handling duties.
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Server’s License.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
