- Position title: Bartender (Apache Tee, Boat House, Broken Arrow Tap House, Casino F&B, Wendell’s, Red Hat Grille, Scouts Corner Bar, Banquets, Casino Lounge, Boat Dock, Ski Bar)
- Reports To: Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor
- Supervises: N/A
- Summary of Position: Bartender is responsible for maintaining, receiving and storing Spirits, Wine, Beer and other supplies for the Bar.
- Maintain inventory and storage of bar supplies.
- Perform all shift opening and closing checklist duties.
- Adhere to quality and sanitation standards.
- Comply with IMGR&C policies, procedures and daily checklists.
- Work financial control policies: POS data entry, cash handling, beverage pouring and dispensing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail terminology and preparation.
- Serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and reports to Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain and clean bottles daily.
- Operate within environmental and safety standards.
- High School diploma or GED, or six months to one-year job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours.
- Physical fitness to perform standing, walking, and handling duties.
- Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Server’s License.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to use hand held communications devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for several hours.
