Position Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotions.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

The job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary with periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset. Required tasks include operating a computer, phone, copier, and printer, as well as moving objects up to forty (40) pounds.
