Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections. Your natural ability to engage people will reassure and inspire confidence. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people on all shifts in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments.

• Site location:
  Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
• Shift 1:
  Sat – Sun: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (24 hrs per week PT) / Shift 2:
  Sat – Sun: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Competitive hourly wage of $16 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
