We are seeking a skilled Foreman Pipefitter I to oversee pipe fitting operations at Zachry Group. This position requires industrial pipe fitting expertise, supervisory experience, and a New Mexico State Journeyman License.

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Identify required tools and safety risks.
• Plan operations to schedule workloads efficiently.
• Manage crew scheduling, costs, employee relations, and employment needs.

• 5+ years as an Industrial Pipefitter.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in managing time, crew, and costs.
• Good leadership, communication, problem‑solving.
• Must pass New Mexico State Journeyman License.

• Zachry ROF’ed employee or former Zachry employee.
• Basic computer efficiency.
• Formal/technical education.

This position will be responsible for a crew of up to 5-15 craft workers, a mix of journeyman, helpers, and laborers.

• Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, lifting.
• Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull objects.
• May lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, scaffolding.
• Work in all weather conditions while wearing PPE.
• Wear PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, mask, hi‑vis vest, gloves, steel‑toed boots.
