Licensed Data Center / Low-Voltage Technicians — ES-7J or EE-98J
Santa Teresa, NM | Traveling Opportunities
Pay: $40–$46.11/hour base pay, plus applicable fringe benefits

Outsource is hiring experienced technicians for a data center installation project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Candidates with an active New Mexico ES-7J or EE-98J receive priority consideration. Applicants nationwide who are willing to travel are encouraged to apply.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

We are specifically seeking:

• ES-7J: New Mexico Journeyman Telephone Communication Systems and Telephone Interconnect Systems.
• EE-98J: New Mexico Journeyman Residential and Commercial Electrical.
• Journeyman electricians eligible for NM reciprocity from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, or Wyoming.

Eligible reciprocity applicants can obtain their NM EE-98J without another exam, subject to state approval. Your qualifying license must be active and in good standing, earned by examination after the required apprenticeship or experience, and held for at least one year in the state where you tested.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling copper and fiber cabling.
• Terminating and testing structured cabling.
• Installing racks, cabinets, and cable management.
• Reading project drawings and cable schedules.
• Following site safety requirements and maintaining installation quality.

Previous data center experience and crew leadership experience are strong pluses.

COMPENSATION

$40–$46.11/hour base pay, plus applicable fringe benefits. Final compensation depends on the applicable project wage classification. Fringe benefits may be provided through benefits, cash, or a combination. Shift, assignment duration, and travel arrangements will be discussed during screening.
