We are seeking a General Worker to support operations at our plant in No Agua, New Mexico, and may also provide support in Antonito, Colorado as needed. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $22.01 with benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)).

• Perform general labor and basic mechanical maintenance.
• Assist in day‑to‑day plant operations.
• Receive training on various heavy equipment during the first couple of months.

• Stand, reach, climb, balance, walk, and kneel regularly.
• Lift or move up to 50pounds.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Industrial background highly preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance preferred (not required).
• Experience operating front‑end loaders, dump trucks, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with double endorsement is a strong consideration.
• Full‑time and permanent commitment.
