This position requires you to work onsite in El Paso, TX. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.
Relocation Package & IncentivesWe provide relocation reimbursement and additional incentives:
- Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts
- $650/month housing assistance for 3 months
- $1,500 retention bonus at 90 days
- $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems
- Work with 3-phase power, motors, transformers, MCCs, panels, and controls
- Install conduit, cable tray, and wiring
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work onsite in El Paso, TX
