Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality standards.
- Work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and reporting incidents.
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of continuous work experience or equivalent military training/education.
- Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Ability to maintain a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule with nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Pass pre‑employment assessment, drug and background screening, PAT and temperature‑extreme work safety tests.
- Willingness to learn to drive industrial tractors/forklift/vehicles.
