Our team works in partnership with pet owners to keep their furry family members healthy and happy. Our hospital offers wellness and preventative care, care for sick and/or injured pets, dentistry, digital x-rays, complete surgery suite, an in‑house laboratory, reproductive medicine including artificial insemination, ultrasound and more!

Job Responsibilities- Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area.
- Greet and welcome clients and patients.
- Answer questions, triage client concerns, and answer calls or emails, directing them to the appropriate party for resolution.
- Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
- Check in and check out clients, process payments.
- Offer friendly, emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need and be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
- Be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises and be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
- Participate in virtual and hands‑on training and continuing development to grow into the next career move.
- Experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1 year veterinary experience preferred.
- Compassionate, calm, team player, multi‑tasker and strong communicator.
- Highly organized and possess computer skills.
- Self‑starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
