New Milford Public Schools, a growth-oriented progressive K‑12 public school district in Bergen County, is seeking two highly-qualified Tier 3 Interventionists to provide intensive skill‑specific small group instruction for high‑school students in grades 9‑11.

• Provide intensive skill‑specific small group instruction to high‑school students.
• Implement Tier 3 intervention strategies, including progress monitoring and data analysis.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support students’ academic growth.

• Highly-educated in relevant field (degree and certification as required by district).
• Experience in Tier 3 intervention or similar student support roles.
• Knowledge of benchmarking, progress monitoring, and data analysis preferred.
• Title‑I funded position; experience with Title‑I resources valued.

• Salary: $58,772 – $110,222 annually, based on education and experience according to the negotiated contract.
