First Port is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to support budgeting, reconciliation and reporting for residential and commercial properties in the UK. You will work with the senior team to maintain accurate service charge records and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role offers a permanent contract, a 35-hour week (Mon-Fri) and a salary from £25,000 per annum plus benefits. You will contribute to a proactive finance function and have access to training and development opportunities.
