Third Line Support Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year

• Third line support experience in a Linux environment
• AWS proficiency
• Knowledge of VoIP and associated technologies
• Experience with Raspberry Pi
• Strong networking knowledge
• MSP background (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Jira (nice to have)
• Experience supporting software applications (nice to have)
• Exposure to JavaScript (nice to have)
• Experience with Grafana or similar tools (nice to have)

• Provide third line support for Linux systems
• Manage and resolve technical issues related to AWS services
• Support VoIP systems and troubleshoot associated technologies
• Assist with Raspberry Pi deployments and maintenance
• Collaborate with networking teams to resolve connectivity issues
• Document all support interactions and solutions provided
• Participate in team meetings and share knowledge with peers
• Occasionally visit onsite for maintenance or training as required
