As a Sheet Metal Worker in New Milton, you'll join a skilled team producing high-precision aerospace components. You'll enjoy flexible working patterns - choose a 4-day week or a standard 37-hour schedule.

• Experience in sheet metal or fabrication, ideally within aerospace or precision engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of tools, materials, and fabrication processes
• Confidence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
