This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner who can confidently programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls within a precision engineering environment. If you’re a hands‑on CNC Turner who takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality components, this role offers stability, a supportive team, and consistent workshop work.

• Programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out first‑off and in‑process inspections using measuring equipment
• Adjust offsets and programmes to maintain accuracy and quality
• Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner
• Ability to programme, set, and operate CNC lathes
• Experience working with Fanuc controls
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience working in a precision engineering environment
• Knowledge of tight tolerances and varied materials
• Experience in a production‑focused workshop

• £17 – £21 per hour
