As a CNC Turner in New Milton, Hampshire you'll play a key role in manufacturing precision‑engineered components to exact customer specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

• Setting up, operating and maintaining CNC turning machines
• Operating manual lathes and milling machines
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Carrying out in‑process inspections and quality checks
• Performing routine machine maintenance
• Working to AS9100 and ISO
  9001 quality standards
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures
• Collaborating with the wider engineering team to achieve production targets

• Proven experience in CNC turning and manual machining
• The ability to confidently read engineering drawings
• Experience producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO
  9001 or similar quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• CNC programming using Fanuc or Siemens controls
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
