A well-established engineering business in New Milton is looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to its team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner who can confidently programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls within a precision engineering environment.

If you’re a hands-on CNC Turner who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality components, this role offers stability, a supportive team, and consistent workshop work.

Key Responsibilities
Programme, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
Adjust offsets and programmes to maintain accuracy and quality
Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Turner
Ability to programme, set, and operate CNC lathes
Experience working with Fanuc controls
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable Experience
Experience working in a precision engineering environment
Knowledge of tight tolerances and varied materials
